On this website, I seek to answer your unspoken questions regarding not only IPTLD but also your choice of me as your IPTLD physician, and to help you feel comfortable about choosing this therapy as your cancer therapy.
IPT or IPTLD has been in existence as a therapy since 1930, and has been used successfully as a treatment for cancer since January of 1946. Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) was initially developed in 1930 for the treatment of chronic degenerative disease by Donato Perez Garcia, Sr. MD (1896-1971). A surgeon lieutenant in the Mexican military establishment, his preliminary work with insulin involved an innovative course of self-treatment for a gastrointestinal problem that he suffered from for years. All previous treatments had failed to resolve it.
When he first learned of the then newly discovered hormone insulin being used to treat diabetes, he noted that, in addition to diabetes, its use was also indicated for the treatment of non-diabetic malnutrition. So he decided to try it on himself. The treatment was completely successful; his symptoms disappeared and his weight became normal.
Reflecting on his own experience, Dr. Perez Garcia did what many innovators in the medical field do: he asked himself "why?" He considered that the insulin might have helped his body tissues assimilate the food he had eaten and wondered if perhaps insulin might help tissues assimilate medications. Over the years, his son, Donato Perez Garcia II MD (1930-2000) and his grandson, Donato Perez Garcia III (1958 - ), continued using this therapy in several thousends of patients.
I learned this medical treatment called Insulin Potentiation Therapy + Targeted Low Dose IPTLD back in the mid 1980 from my father for five years, I have more than 25 years of clinical experience with IPTLD. Every day is a new experience. Each patient is a book to be read in their heart and soul and about their misfortunes with their disease. They are all hoping for a better life, disease free. Fortunately with this treatment the majority of the patients get well.
I cannot compare myself to my grandfather, he was among the first medical doctors acting like a real scientist. He tried for the first time this treatment on himself and he was successful treating his own disease. There are not many stories of inventors using their invention on themselves. My father continued the work as he learned from my grandfather and then made improvements and adaptations as new drugs were available. He also did some clinical research to measure chemical modifications produced in the blood after the administration of insulin and wrote several brochures. My father traveled the world and sent all his brochures and booklets to several institutions throughout the world. Thanks to this effort several of his booklets sent to MD Anderson helped to open the door at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and they began looking at this medical treatment. It will take some time for medicine to understand the value of exogenous insulin in the treatment of chronic disease like cancer, a job that began in 1930.
What I have done is to spread the knowledge among many medical doctors from different countries around the world who realized that chronic disease and cancer patients needed a better treatment. My journey as a teacher began in 2001. This last 8 years have accomplished the formation of a Foundation and a Society of Medical Doctors practicing IPTLD. I have given lectures, workshops and conferences in many cities around the world.
I am pleased to know that my patients have confidence in my approach of IPTLD and when they become cancer survivors the first part of the job is done. In the near future clinical trials as required by the health authorities will take place to evaluate the specific uses of IPTLD at particular stages of cancer. Cancer patients will have a better outlook for surviving the disease for the long term with life as normal as it can be.
An improved protocol that incorporates the best of the protocols originated by Donato Perez Garcia,MD (1896-1971) and Donato Perez Garcia Bellon (1930-2000) called Insulin Potentiation Therapy + Targeted Low Dose or IPTLD is now offered to all cancer patients by Donato Perez Garcia,MD and works on recurrances or complicated cases. This newer IPTLD protocol reflect its unique cancer-fighting methodology.

DISCLAIMER
I recognize that IPTLD is not for everyone or every condition, and that there are many alternatives to choose from. But IPTLD has saved and helped many lives, and is wonderful for those patients it works for. So I want to make this information about IPTLD available to anyone who wants it, to help them decide for themselves. Anecdotal case reports from sixty years of use suggest that Insulin Potentiation Therapy + Targeted Low Dose therapy (IPTLD) might be effective in the treatment of cancer. There is, however, no collection of scientific data validating IPTLD as a treatment for malignant neoplastic diseases.
