MY PHILOSOPHY
As the the grandson of the inventor, Donato Pérez García I MD and the son of Donato Pérez-García II MD, both pioneers of the IPT treatment, I am the recipient of their collective seventy years plus experience with the IPT Treatment. I have been practicing as a medical doctor (since 1983), which makes me the most experienced IPTLD® doctor now practicing this treatment. Since the year 2001, I have participated in training physicians from around the World. I have also made scientific presentations on IPTLD® to the United States government organization NIH/NCI/OCCAM.
By visiting me in Baja California, Tijuana for your cancer therapy, you can take advantage of what is know as medical tourism, to get lower fees for medical treatments. Patients are traveling abroad because the high cost of local health care, long wait times for certain procedures, the ease and affordability of international travel, and improvements in both technology and standards of care in many countries.

As your physician you get to have me by your side, as your doctor in charge. In most countries, you see your doctor for a very short period of time, and then your case is passed on to a nurse or assistant. I will directly supervise the administration of your treatment. During your treatment, you will also have this additional time to talk/consult with me. I have a “hands-on” and personal approach with each patient’s case. You will always get to speak with me to solve the medical questions you may have after each treatment.
I am fluent in English, and many of my patients are American. My private office is in an office building in the Business Complex of the Hospital Angeles. The Hospital Angeles is a highly respected hospital both in Mexico and the United States .My patients benefit from a state-of-the-art medical environment yet one that is warm, friendly, and comfortable.
