ABOUT DONATO PEREZ GARCIA,MD
I have been practicing IPTLD® since 1983. When I am your physician you get to have me by your side as your doctor in charge. I will directly supervise the administration of your treatment. During your treatment, you will also have this additional time to talk/consult with me. I have a “hands-on” and personal approach with each patient’s case. You will always get to speak with me as I do not have “an assistant” to solve the medical questions patients may have after each treatment. The comfort and ease of my patients is a priority and many patients have commented on the very home-like atmosphere.
The IPTLD® treatment is administered at the Hospital Angeles Out-Patient Care Center (OCC). During your treatment you will see that all your Chemo drugs are always in new vials. You will also see that the syringes and medical devices to be used are sterile as everything is opened in your presence. I can say with confidence that IPTLD is a safe procedure when administered by an experienced IPTLD trained doctor. At the Out-Patient Care Center I am assured of my patient's safety and the comfort of knowing I have everything I may nee at hand. This includes the flexibility to perform necessary test and procedures on site. Your privacy is respected with a single patient room. The Hospital Out-Patient Care Center bills only for the services you receive and it is very affordable. This includes chemo drugs and materials. Payment to the hospital can be made in cash, American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
Here is a brief description of the current IPTLD® procedure as administered by Donato Perez Garcia,MD (June 2009)
When you arrive to your IPTLD® treatment appointment (preferably during the morning hours in a fasting state – no food/breakfast) you can drink water or chamomile tea no sugar. After registering at the patient desk the nurse will take you inside the Out-Patient care room to begin with your treatment and the first step is to draw blood for Lab tests and take you to the Image Department for tests like ultrasound, CAT Scan, MRI or X-rays. Since these tests are done right away and results given in an hour this is very helpful to monitor your progress and make modifications to your treatment so you and I can feel confident about your response to IPTLD treatment with no need to wait until your next visit.
Once tests are concluded, the nurse will start the IV solution, administer the intramuscular drugs, prescribed for your disease, followed by the placement of nasal oxygen. She will also ask what you would like for your after IPTLD meal (it is important that you have a meal made with fresh foods. Use of protein bars or candy or other pre-packed foods is not recommended). Once the nurse fills all syringes with the drug protocol that I prescribed for you, either myself or my associate Dr.Dueñas will check that each syringe contains the correct prescribed chemo drug. I will begin the IPTLD treatment with the IV administration of a detoxification drug combination using HEEL Labs products and then insulin. At the time of the "therapeutic moment" I will administer to you each of the IV drugs. Once we have completed the administration of all the IV drugs you will be offered a 12 oz sport drink and your fresh meal will be given to you.
In the majority of patients there are no side effects or complications. You can enjoy the food and then get ready to leave the outpatient room headed back to your home. IPTLD treatment appointments are usually every 7 days but for some cases 2 treatments per week can be administered.

Allopathic medicine is just one part of a larger program called Comprehensive Cancer Care which includes:
* Something to Treat the Tumor: For this, I use chemotherapy administered via the technique of Insulin Potentiation Targeted Low Dose Therapy (IPTLD®).
* Nutritional Biochemistry: Diet, Supplementation, and Detoxification strategies
• Mind/Body Medicine: A powerful, effective combination of research based healing therapies to help manage the life change and stress associated with illness. These therapies might include anything from prayer and affirmations to deep breathing and meditation.
• Compatible intravenous homotoxicology therapies with IPTLD®. If you are receiving another therapy please inform me to ensure a satisfactory result with your cancer treatment; only compatible treatments can be received while your are my patient. Homotoxicology therapies are available at my office and are aimed to:
•Aggressively detoxify the body
•Rebuild the body with nutrients, protein, starch, essential fat, minerals, vitamins, enzymes and fiber
